I Would suggest one should not do something like this, as doing this may get you a job . Still, many companies do an Employee verification after the hiring procedure, like police verification and document verification. But, what if you get a job, and then they discover your fake experience claim in your CV? Then, you know what, this is a crime as well.
Let me tell you a story; my brother is a software engineer in a software company. In his company, they appointed many employees. After some time, they knew that the information they provided in their CVs was utterly wrong; they sacked all those employees and even filed a police complaint against them.
He told me, especially in the IT sector, companies hired many professional companies to do all these verification things, like my brother’s company hired a company@ Candidate Identity Verification – CelebratingLife (Candidate Identity Verification – CelebratingLife). They used AI to verify all your addresses, CV information, etc. So if you apply to a company where they have taken the services of those professional companies to verify the candidate credentials, you will be blacklisted by them.
Don’t use these tricks that can land you in jail if you want a job. My suggestions are not to do something like this as it can cost you your carrier and reputation.
